Wonderful home in walking distance to Ballston Beach. The home was quite comfortable and has a pretty yard. The kitchen was well appointed, and the large dining room table was perfect for evenings filled with good food and conversation. Highly recommend the home. We hope to return again.

Really great place. Amazing location a couple of minutes walk from Ballston beach (which is beautiful and quiet). Also just a short drive to Great Pond, one of the swimming ponds, and good general stores/fishmongers. The property is clean, comfortable, spacious, well maintained and has good facilities. The kitchen is well provisioned with cooking equipment and there is a nice deck out the back for grilling. We had a really nice stay here, and hope to come again one day. It's a great spot to explore the Outer Cape from.

This house is immaculate! The location was perfect. If you are looking for a vacation home and location that helps you decompress in quiet near the beach this is it. We have college age sons and really loved the location and the privacy each room offered. The only downside for us is that the secret is out and it will be rented a lot after this summer since this is their first season. The owners did a great job and we are happy for them! We will be back!!
