Spend your afternoons lounging by the sparkling gunite pool and spa, relaxing in the fully-equipped pool house, or enjoying a friendly game of bocce ball on the manicured grounds. Indoors, you’ll find spacious living areas filled with natural light, period details, and thoughtful updates throughout.
Whether you’re hosting a friends or family gathering, celebrating a special occasion, or simply escaping to the North Fork, this one-of-a-kind property offers an unforgettable experience in one of Long Island’s most picturesque coastal towns. 1. Smoking is NOT allowed on the property. 2. Firearms are not allowed on the property at any time. 3. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight at the property. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest and Guest must notify Homeowner prior to access. 4. The Homeowner is not responsible and all Guests agree to fully indemnify Homeowner for any damage, accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm or damage arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
5. Guests agree to keep the property and all furnishings in good working order. 6. Security Deposit Insurance: Security deposit insurance must be purchased two days prior to arrival. Homeowner will send a link to make this purchase. 7. Guests shall only use appliances for their intended uses. 8. Guests agree to keep all interior and exterior furnishings in the same physical location as they were upon check in. 9. No furniture should be brought onto the property. 10. No heating lamps are allowed on the property. 11. Pets are NOT allowed. 12. Events: No events or parties are allowed at the property unless a separate agreement is signed for the specific event or party. 13. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. For an additional fee, Homeowner can arrange cleaning services for daily or weekly service. Additional charges may apply, if applicable. 14. Spa & Pool: No children are permitted in the pool and/or spa without adult supervision. When using the pool and/or spa, there are health and safety risks associated with this facility. Diving in the pool is expressly prohibited, given the depth of the pool. Guests agree to fully indemnify Homeowner for any risks associated with attendant use of pool and spa facilities. 15. Spa & Pool heater: The Spa heater is available for activation at no charge and can be heated to 103 degrees. The pool temperature can be heated for a fee and can be heated to reasonable industry standards at an average of 80 degrees as long as the weather isn’t extreme. Please inquire with Homeowner regarding the time of year for your visit. Should you wish to have use of the pool heater, an additional propane surcharge of $250/day will apply and applied to your booking agreement. 16. Due to the historic nature of the house, some windows and balconies are not high. Guests agree to exercise extreme caution when at the property and agree to fully indemnify for any accidents, loss or casualty that may occur as a result of such use by Guest. 17. Interior Fireplaces: The fireplaces are vented propane gas fireplaces. Caution should be used and fireplaces should be turned off when not in use, or when Guest is not present in the room. 18. Outdoor BBQ Grill: The outdoor grill must be turned off while not in use. 19. Doors and Windows: Please keep all doors and windows closed when not in use. . 20. Septic System: The property is on a septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. 21. In the event of inclement weather, Guests agree to secure all windows and doors in locking position to prevent damage from wind, rain, hail or snow and assume full responsibility for any loss that may occur due to negligence in this regard.

Everything was wonderful! The house is gorgeous and very well outfitted. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. We truly enjoyed our stay.
The House is amazing; the decor and the family feeling was out of this world. We spend the Thanksgiving together and on Friday we decorated the room with the bar and celebrated my granddaughter's 16th birthday just us the family and the house has a karaoke machine we had the best time ever. I highly recommend this house, and I can only imagine how it would be in the summer with the pool. I will be back again!!! the house was so nicely decorated. Monica was amazing!!!
