Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms -- 2 King beds & 1 sleeper sofa w/ pull out trundle (sleeps 6), Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, heated shared community pool, tennis/pickleball courts, in-suite washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, located on canal with Gulf access. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
