Location convenient to Granville Island, West Fourth Avenue and Broadway & Granville areas, with plenty of dining options, shopping, services and galleries within walking distance. The host was super nice and friendly. It is a shared space for the kitchen and living room, but the host was upfront about this when booking so it wasnt a last minute surprise. During our 4 day stay this was never a problem. He is very knowledgeable about the area, the apartment was very clean, and there’s lot of things to do within walking distance. I will say, theres a lot of traffic that goes by during the night so if that bothers you I would maybe re evaluate? For the price it is, you get your own bathroom and room, as well as a set of keys so I think it was well worth it. Would book again if I came back to Vancouver!

Host was wonderful. Privacy was a ittle lacking as the bathroom can only be accessed through the common area. Found the lack of a/c combined with local heat and humidity made it quite uncomfortable for sleeping. The provided fan helped.
