This charming lower-level corner unit features an open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen and a bright, airy living room. The kitchen includes cookware, small appliances, and a granite island with high-top seating for two, plus a bench-style dining table that seats up to six. The living area is comfortably furnished with a custom sectional sofa, colorful pillows, local artwork, and a futon couch that can sleep a child or teen. From the living area, step out onto the private patio to relax with your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach.

Walk to nearby favorites like Olga’s Bar, La Luna, La Bodega Mini-Market, El Chivo, Il Peperoni, Bakery Ines, Mango Smoothie Bar, Sunrise Coffee, and Seekret Spot Gelato. The surf in Playa Guiones is a 20 minute beach walk or a short 10 minute drive.
