* We have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to stay.
* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don`t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.

The house was very clean and private with the beach and some great restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. We loved that it was pet friendly with a fully fenced back yard so we didn’t need to worry about our dog getting out. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. 5 stars

Private and perfectly positioned near main beach and dog beach. Clean linen and comfortable beds. Quiet neighbourhood that doesn't make you feel overwhelmed by holiday makers. Will definitely go back.

House was very clean and tidy, we enjoyed our stay, lovely location. And nice quiet area, walking distance to the dog friendly beach, our fur babies enjoyed it. Jonathan our host was very helpful and quick response to any questions we had, great to communicate with. The digital lockbox system was great to use, no keys involved. Overall great little place to stay. We will be back.
