What a magnificent spot. Weather wasn’t the best over the weekend but lucky to have this beautiful house to relax. Close to some great cafes and not far from the beach. Will definitely return.
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house…..looking straight out over the beach it was the perfect spot for some R & R. The house was immaculate & everything we needed was there. Right across from the beach for a walk & close to some lovely cafes. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it.
This property was exactly as it looks on the website, but perhaps even better. All beds were so comfortable, with lovely clean linen and pillows. We all slept well.
It has every amenity that you need. Great for a group of 6 like us. We were very happy with our stay.
Had the most wonderful time at Ocean at Seaford. The view from the family room upstairs is just fabulous. The house is modern, spacious and clean. We had a very relaxing time, loved hearing the waves crashing and walked to Moana cafes.

Thanks Janine. You were lovely guests and you’re welcome back anytime. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay in Seaford and all on offer in the surrounding areas.
I cannot speak highly enough of the space and sunset views. Our family of nine adults thoroughly enjoyed their time staying at this little hidden gem.The house was well furnished and functional it’s location to shops and restaurants was perfect. The beach was literally at your front door the kitchen was amazing which mad it easy to feed the troops
Wine lovers we are from Victoria. Selected this home because of its size, appearance and location, it didn’t disappoint. Morning walks on the beach, followed by ‘many’ wineries. The home catered for our group perfectly. Would not hesitate to recommend.
I think you should get the locks changed so you cannot lock yourself in with a key. That’s the new law for rentals in South Australia. I do know that is correct because I have a property portfolio in Adelaide. Otherwise we had a very nice break. Thank you

Hi Susan,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and sharing your expertise. We’ll definitely look into updating our locks to meet the new regulations. Glad to hear you had a nice break, and we hope to welcome you back for another stay soon.

Beautiful home. Gorgeous view. The bed was so comfortable . We had booked the day before and arrived around 3pm and found the house hadn’t been cleaned. Very disappointing since we had travelled over 5 hours to get there. Called Kim to let her know and she organised her cleaners to come. We were able to get into the accommodation around 6pm. Kim paid for our meal for that evening . Once everything was sorted we had a relaxing stay.
