Brookings Perch offers a spacious and stylish retreat, perfect for families or small groups. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is designed for comfort and easy entertaining, featuring quality furnishings and ample space to relax or enjoy meals together. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and dishware, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The dining table seats 6, with additional seating at the kitchen counter for casual meals or conversations.

The living area is a cozy space to unwind, complete with two designer lounges and a large LCD TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up after a day out. The sitting room, with its street outlook, is a peaceful spot for reading, enjoying a glass of wine, or simply relaxing.

The home has three bedrooms: the master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and an ensuite with double basins, a shower, and a WC. The second bedroom offers a double bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds, making it ideal for families or friends. The main bathroom includes a bath, shower, separate WC, and vanity, and is easily accessible for the other bedrooms.

Brookings Perch is equipped with ducted heating and cooling, ensuring year-round comfort. The property offers plenty of parking, both on the driveway and on the street, making it easy to explore Goolwa or venture out to nearby attractions. Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
