Downstairs, a spacious rumpus room doubles as a fourth bedroom. It's a flexible space perfect for kids to play or teens to chill, including a table tennis table. Please note that the home is not suitable for the elderly or small infants due to the spiral stairs.

Guests also enjoy access to the Koonya Apartments' communal indoor heated pool and spa (managed by the building's body corporate). While we can't guarantee the temperature, it's a lovely extra for relaxing year-round.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, and loud parties are prohibited.

POOL INFORMATION:
The pool open hours are as follows:

Non-Holiday Periods
9 am to 9 pm Sat & Sun

School Holidays, including summer holidays, public holidays, and long weekends, are 7 days from 9 am to 9 pm.

Also note: The pool is heated up to 23 degrees only. As the pool is part of the complex and managed by the body corporate, if there are any issues with it throughout your stay, unfortunately, compensation cannot be provided to guests.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

There is underground parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.
