We appreciate the feedback and we are sorry to hear these concerns affected the stay. It is always our goal to provide a 5-star-worthy experience. Unfortunately, none of these issues were brought to our attention during the stay, so we did not have the opportunity to address them in real time. We have not had other recent guests report issues with the bathrooms or with the Wi-Fi password, which remains the same for each stay, but we would have been happy to troubleshoot the Wi-Fi and address any bathroom concerns right away. We did become aware of an issue with the HOA-managed pool when the following guest reported it. We immediately reached out to the HOA, who let us know the water quality had been impacted by recent weather and heavy usage and that they were actively treating it. The stove situation was very unusual for us and is not something we typically encounter. The concern was based on damage documented by our cleaning team during the turnover following checkout. After looking into the damage and repair options, we reached out directly to discuss what was found and then followed Vrbo’s process and guidance for handling the matter. We care deeply about our guests’ experience and always want to be responsive, fair, and helpful when concerns come up.
