Best VRBO I have ever stayed in.

Fantastic place, very remote. We came in summer and never saw another soul. The hosts thought of everything needed for your stay. We enjoyed the property so much, we booked another day!

Perfect Family Getaway!

We had a fantastic stay! The cabin was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. We loved the covered patio with fireplace, the fire pit by the river, and the hot tub for relaxing evenings. The kids enjoyed the foosball table and Pac-Man game, and we spent nights playing board games together. The location was perfect—close to the Ocoee River for white water rafting, and just a short drive to great restaurants and shops in Blue Ridge and McCaysville. Communication with the owner was excellent, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for families and groups looking for both comfort and adventure!

We don’t usually do this with reviews but I will give the pros and cons. Pros: This is a new build the furnishings, utensils and cookware, were upscale which we were impressed with. We stayed for 9 days loved the location, seen deer every morning and evening. King beds in both rooms cons: the only closet was full and couldn’t use to put up our clothes, the flat sheet was missing so we had to use the other one, there were only 2 steak knives (didn’t match) and dull, septic started acting up on the last couple of days as the alarm going off and blew the breaker but luckily my husband new had to fix this. Last day as we were cleaning the water was trickling from the faucets. The curtains in the bath/shower area were very sheer and made a little uncomfortable as far as undressing praying no one was out there. That’s just a safety & privacy issue for me I contacted management and they were extremely apologetic. Being a new build we understand hiccups so it didn’t bother us too much. We still had a great time. It was a little tight as far as space and I am not sure 4-6 people can be comfortable. All in all we loved it besides the few issues.

Pros- outdoor space very nice. Sitting in chairs down by the river was so relaxing and covered seating area was very nice but tight seating for 4 adults. Back deck was nice with hot tub but again only seating for 3. Cabin was clean. Proximity to town and to Blue Ridge was great. Cons- inside space extremely small. No dresser or closet in bedroom 1. 1 luggage rack to put 1 small suitcase. Same for 2nd bedroom did have a closet but it was packed full. You have to put suitcase on floor and step over it to get out of rooms. No where for 4 people to dine except outside on very cold metal chairs. No cabinet or counter space to put snacks and food so had to use the one tiny table. Bare minimum for utensils. No toaster. Very tight for 4 to sit and watch tiny tv if the weather was bad. Overall a lovely place for 2 people but not 4. More comfortable furniture would be nice for sure.

This cabin was beaitifully decorated, very clean, and an easy short drive back into town. The kitchen was set up for easy meal prep. We also enjoyed hearing the river in the background as we enjoyed a watching tv fireside in the beaitiful pavillion. The hot tub was a nice bonus as well ! We would love to return for a stay here! We were also able to take a short drive to Blue Rige & Murphy N.C. during our weekend stay. My dog loved going to the nearby Horshoe Bend park for a swim ! I give this place a high score !
