The house was clean and comfortable, and we had plenty of room. And the location is great - centrally located to New Braunfels, San Marcos and Wimberly. And we felt the price was reasonable. A good experience, all-around.

Wonderful, but right next to a loud highway. Excellent accommodations! Property manager service (foreign answering service) was problematic and the actual manager would not call me even after 3 texted requests about 2 problems, one of which was a broken out window in a playroom in the backyard, leaving glass on the ground. Id really like vrbo to call me about this.

Our office is open from 8AM to 6PM on weekdays and 9AM to 5PM on weekends and we are located in Wimberley, TX. Outside of those hours our number does route to a subcontracted answering service who passes on all the calls they receive to us and can reach an on-call member of our team for true emergencies. We attempted to contact you as requested and unfortunately received no response, but our maintenance team has addressed the broken window.
