The Space:
Permit #25-0927. This home was built by a skilled boatbuilder and has the unique craftsman style combined with modern sophistication. Spacious and comfortable for large families or quiet getaways-enjoy a carefree beach getaway in the best location. Three bedrooms provide enough space for the whole family and a spectacular sunroom for warm or cool weather; it is the year-round vacation location. Fully equipped kitchen for dining in or walk and enjoy the beach front restaurants. On site parking and pet friendly leave nothing to worry about. Park and walk your worries away!
Guest Access:
We will provide you with check in instructions 48 hours before your arrival. There will be a keypad on the front door for easy check in and guests can arrive at their convenience.

Getting Around:
Parking can be difficult in Capitola Village! There is only ONE assigned spot in the driveway.
We are in very close proximity to the Village, the wharf and both beaches.
Many attractions at the Village and the local beaches can be accessed by walking. If you are able to bring along your bikes or secure rentals you can venture even further out up and down the beaches and to the surrounding towns. By car you can quickly access the towns of Santa Cruz, and Aptos. Further out you can drive to Monterey-which is about an hour south.
Other Things to Note:
We love your furry friends too! Well behaved pets are allowed with a $100 pet fee. Fee must be paid in advance. Pets are not to be left unattended in the property unless in a crate (and only if your pet does not bark in the crate) and under no circumstances are pets allowed on beds or furniture.
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A drip coffee pot with coffee, cream and sugar is provided to start your stay off right!
NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz county, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.
