Great family getaway!

This house was perfect for a quick family trip. The host was amazing and even brought us salt and pepper when we asked if they by chance had any handy. Highly recommend this house and host. We will be back soon!

The furnishings and fixtures were even nicer in person! The house is in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing view, and the outdoor spaces are perfect for catching the sunset over the lake.My favorite part was definitely the super comfortable mattresses. There are TVs and wine fridges everywhere, which was such a nice touch. On our future trips to Lubbock, this is absolutely where we’ll stay again.

The property is very spacious inside and out. Great room separation and accommodations are perfect as advertised. And wonderful to have separate bathrooms for each bedroom. The view of the lake is beautiful both day and night. The pool and spa areas are very comfortable.The property owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions. There are a few areas inside the house with steps and different flooring levels. Also outside around the patio and pool area there are different level changes to be aware of. I only mention this in case anyone has members in their group that need extra assistance maneuvering up and down the level changes. We would recommend this property.

This was a wonderful escape for our family. We came to town to visit our here at Texas Tech.. we brought thecwhole family for Christmas!! The house was very spacious and provided great relaxing and entertainment opportunities: out door seating, fireplace, grill, and pool were fabulous with outstanding views from the porch; welcoming open floor plan which allowed everyone to visit, cook, and eat together. Communication with the host was great. We never had one concern!! We will definitely be back!! We highly recommend this rental!!
