This was a super stop for us. It is a charming older home very well equipped with modern convenience. Charles was friendly and responsive. We would return again if we are ever back to Vancouver Island.

Property worked for us as a 3 bedroom was ideal for 5 of us ( 2 couples and a single). Location was a bit away from town but in a quiet neighbourhood. The views from the deck were lovely. The ad didn't show owners lived in basement so it was awkward with having others in the same building. Disappointed with communication. I had msgd owner a few days prior to checkin but didnt receive a reply. We arrived at 3 only to be told had to leave and return at 4 as the cleaners were still cleaning. When I checked for msgs i saw owner had sent their policy page an hour before. Due to limited cell service enroute we saw it too late. The first morning there, both bathrooms were out of Toilet paper. I msged the owner asking if he could provide more but i never received a reply.
