Welcome to your perfect Southwest Florida getaway! This stylish and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath duplex home in beautiful Cape Coral is ideal for families, couples, or friends seeking a relaxing coastal retreat. Nestled in a quiet, residential area of Cape Coral, you're just minutes from beaches, golf courses, waterfront dining, and shopping. Easy access to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island for day trips

Step into a bright, airy, and tastefully decorated home designed for comfort and convenience. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly from the fully equipped kitchen to the living area, with streaming-ready TVs in every bedroom so everyone can unwind with their favorite shows.

We have two units, the right side, Portside Paradise, and the left side, Starboard Shores. Each unit has its own heated pool, pool deck, and garage, as well as a separate entry. Reserve one side for up to 6 guests or reserve both sides for larger families or multiple travel parties/families desiring to stay close together.
