Everything was great, we had an excellent time. Plenty of room for our party of seven. We cooked a couple of meals and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The pool was shaded in the afternoon, a nice place to get out of the sun during the hottest part of the day. The check in/out was easy. If we travel to Fort Myers again, I will definitely be checking if the Mod Cottage is available.

The house is brand new! Only one block to the beach. Pool area is fantastic with grill, heated pool, and lots of floaties and toys. Communication from the host was very good. We loved our vacation at Fort Myers Beach.

House was beautiful. We didn’t realize there were so many steps. No bathroom at the pool was a pain in the neck. Banging at 7 am every morning with the guys next door building the house was a bit annoying. And the saw dust then ending up in the pool. Requested the pool company come to clean it with no response. We will need to do a lot more investigating before renting again.
