We're back and better than ever! You've had to put your vacation to Fort Myers Beach on hold, but we are ready for you now! No need to put your vacation off any longer. While our rental homes may look a little different and yards may not be as lush as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, we can tell you that all of our homes that have been either renovated or rebuilt and have been inspected thoroughly to meet your needs. Get ready to relax both indoors and out at this charming Pier Area home. With great views of the Back Bay and a community boat / kayak launch just 2 doors down, you can explore the water as well as our famous white sugar sandy beach just a 5 minute walk away and an easy stroll to our downtown area.

This home offers vaulted ceilings, open floor plan including a kitchen, dining and living area and 3 bedrooms. The King Master with en-suite bath, Large TV and features a sliding glass door onto the back deck which is also accessible from the Living Room. The Queen Bedroom and 3rd room with 2 twin bunk beds, share the guest bath with a walk-in shower. An added bonus if you have to do a little work while on vacation, the owners have added a desk to set up a little office space for you to touch base with the office, if you have to or help to get your students to get a little homework done!

One of the great things this house offers tropical, private backyard with outdoor dining, lounge chairs and a private heated pool and spill-over spa (not heated separately). The upper deck also has a gas grill and additional outdoor dining space.  What's not to love about this coastal home with a sanctuary for a backyard?!

A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire when booking. Some units have age, size and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
