The property was very clean with excellent amenities. It is spacioius and located in a quiet neighborhood. It is conveniently located between Orangeburg and Santee. Also, excellent golf courses are nearby. Check-in was easy and communications with owner was concise and timely. Except for a few minor issues, we had an excellent stay and experience. Will definitely consdier staying at this property again.

The yard was overgrown, to my knees. Dead tree limb in the yard and the hot tub was so bad we didn't use it. Inside was better and was actually nice and clean. But there's a leak somewhere in the roof that was causing the vent above the stove to leak. On our third last day the toilet in the master bathroom started leaking on the bottom so bad that it flooded the area. Meanwhile another toilet had no lid at all. No communication with the host, they didn't check to make sure we checked in okay and did not give us check out instructions even after we had left. When I tried to send a message about all the problems I was unable to but that could have been due to the app so I don't know. Overall not the worst but definitely not the best
