Great stay in Dennisport!

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful cottage. Great location close to the beach and everything in Dennisport. The house was clean, the kitchen well stocked and it was great to have the second bathroom! We would rent this home again!

perfect Cape getaway

Great vacation in pet friendly home close to the beach. House was perfect especially with the sun room giving enough space for everyone to spread out. Host was responsive with all communication. Great location with lots to do.

Cape retreat

We had a great time at the house. Our dog spent hours waiting for a bunny to run across the yard. Everything we needed in the house for a comfortable stay! We would be happy to use this location again.

Great Cape House

Location was perfect to walk to some fun spots (Wolfies is a must). House was great for my teenager and a couple of his friends. Also works great when you can bring the dog! House had everything we needed and plenty of space!

Lovely Cape House

Had a lovely vacation with the family, including an infant and dog. Place is well stocked, and beds are comfortable. There is plenty of outdoor seating, both on the deck and in the yard. Beaches are a small walk, manageable with a stroller and wagon.

Family Gathering

Had a wonderful week in the Cape. Weather was fantastic and the house was in a great spot. I would recommend a dehumidifier, especially in the lower level, I have seen this recommended in prior reviews.

Great Cape Escape

Great central location in Cape Cod. The house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our family vacation. Great neighborhood for walking and bike riding. We could walk to the beaches on the Nantucket Sound or take a short drive to the beaches on Cape Cod Bay. The owner was very friendly and always responded quickly. We loved our visit!!

Overall the place was filthy, the listing was deceptive, and we would never stay again. Upon arrival, we realized linens and towels were not included. I guess it was listed in the fine print but I’ve never experienced this before so I didn’t even know to look for that. We had to drive to the nearest Marshall’s and buy sheets and bath towels. Blankets were filthy and dusty, one had a band-aid on it. The kitchen and bathrooms looked cleaned but the rest of the house had clumps of dust in every corner and pet hair everywhere. I had to get out the vacuum which was filled with pet hair and never cleaned.The basement was listed as a “fourth bedroom” with two twin beds. When we got there, the beds had been removed and there were pull-out couches. I called the management company to complain and they refunded me 285. My mother and her sister, both in their 70s, were the ones sleeping down there and the quality of a pull out couch is not the same as a real bed. The first night my aunt killed an earwig in her bed.The backyard was gross. A kiddie pool filled with standing water and bugs. The grease trap in the grill has never been cleaned so we couldn’t use it bc we were afraid of a grease fire. Only 2 burners on the stove worked. There were nails sticking up from the wood floors that poked my feet when walking around barefoot. Centipedes in the kitchen.The location is good, 5-10 min walk to Haigis beach. But doesn’t make up for all the cons. Stay away.

Cape Cod Escape!

I truly enjoyed staying in this house. There was plenty of room and the house was equipped with just about everything one would need. When I first got to the house, a lot of cleaning needed to be done. The kitchen floor needed to be cleaned and the table and counters needed cleaning. I also vacuumed when I arrived and before I left. Area rugs in kitchen need to be replaced. Everything else was great. Thank you!
