Air conditioning. 2 bathrooms with showers. Brand new toilets. linens and towels provided. kayaks and paddle boat included. no extra charges. firewood on property. kitchen has necessities. living room has a 65inch flat screen t.v with Netflix and high speed internet. large deck with seating for 6 with umbrella , surround sound speakers outdoors. propane gas barbeque. propane is supplied. no extra cost. Very convenient location. 1 hour drive from durham region. under 2hrs from city. Part of the trent severn lake system.
