Why they chose this property
My Family and I live not far from Runaway Bay (at Paradise Point) and we have fallen in love with the Northern end of the Gold Coast. It's serene, slow, easy to get around, beautiful walkways, waterways, parks and cafes. It's a quiet, slow-paced lifestyle and still only a short drive away from Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and Burleigh if you're looking for more of an increased pace for the day or night.
What makes this property unique
This Home has been designed by me, with hosting at the forefront of the design brief. I wanted to create a comfortable and well-designed sanctuary that would meet the needs of all guests - whether entertaining friends is on the cards for the weekend, or a slow, steady and quiet weekend with coffee, wine, books and self care by the water is on the Agenda - the Villa can meet you there.
It's cozy, calm, highly functional and it's location by the water will instantly dissolve your stresses the minute you arrive to the top of the stairs.
