Excellent spot to spend two weeks. Very close to restaurants and the beach. Staff was very responsive. Needs an update on linens and some TLC, But worth the rental rate.

Wonderful view and amazing accommodations

I stayed in three different places while in Florida for 7 weeks and this was by far the best. The house is outstanding and unique and the view wonderful. The screened in lanai was perfect for working and making my coworkers envious. The kitchen is fantastic and well-stocked. The elevator made moving in and out a breeze. Thanks so much!

Quiet location for long-term rental

We stayed for a month and this townhome was perfect. Plenty of space, well-stocked kitchen(could use better knives), lots of linens and beach towels. The furniture in living room was not comfortable at all but that was minor. The view of the intercostal water way out the back was so peaceful-we saw dolphins and fish regularly. It was nice having a garage and elevator to transport groceries and luggage.

Needs to be detailed. Grill, porches , light bulbs, scatter rugs, handprints on walls, windows, light fixtures, etc. all needed work. After paying a huge amount for two weeks, we expected it to be clean.

We're coming back, no doubt!

We truly enjoyed our family vacation spending a week on AMI in this gorgeous condo! It was super clean, completely stocked, had a gorgeous view from the porch/patio, and was a perfect fit for two families of three. Our experience with Anna Maria Island accomodations was magnificent too! Communication was spot on & we greatly appreciated the goodie bag & dinner suggestions for the best local eats. They were also very helpful in hooking us up with special accomodations to rent child equipment like cribs, high chairs, sand toys, etc. from a local business in the area. The only teeny tiny negative was that we had to return the keys the day we left at the AMIA office which was out of the way of the airport. Hands down, we are returning and we will definitely use AMIA in the future! Don't miss out on good service - use AMIA & stay at the beautiful Bradenton Beach Club!

Great view - enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed this attractive townhouse with its tasteful contemporary decor and European flair. The lighting throughout is unique and spectacular. The elevator - we used it for luggage - is a perk, as is the garage. The view is lovely and we found it a quiet, attractive place to call home for two weeks. We enjoyed walking the boardwalk through mangroves to the point to the swing. The screened porch with its attractive table and chairs - extending the living space - was a perk as is the upstairs laundry room! And we enjoyed the view from the screened balcony off the master! The Gulf beach is a very short walk across the street, where there is a locker with beach supplies and a small pool. On the property itself there's an attractive pool area with hot tub. Management was attentive and easy to work with. Although the living area couch/futon is attractive and can be used as bed, we recommend more comfortable seating in the living area. This can happen in any rental, but a few of the kitchen drawers didn't look clean, so we ran all the silverware/utensils/dishes through the dishwasher. We delighted in the view, the beach, and really enjoyed our stay.
