Check in was fast/easy. Host was wonderful and helpful. The room had everything we needed and was clean & comfortable. The room was great for our family of 6. Granddaughter loved being so close to the pool and game room. The Grill at the pool was fantastic and lots of choices. Beds were very comfy and restful after our day long fun in the parks. We hope to use them again in the future.

Mostly fine

The resort is in great location, close to all major attractions. The host reply very fast. The pools are heated which is huge plus.Only issue I have is with the bedsheets, they were not clean, my son got a rash on the back of his ears and head
