Great location! Initially didn't have BBQ, but hosts brought in a really nice one within a couple of days, along with table and chairs to enjoy. Would suggest adding a few basic spices like salt, pepper, garlic...and a couple cookie sheets. Loved having a pool that was big enough to swim laps. Expensive, but hard to beat the beach access

The kitchen could use more flatware; otherwise, it is pretty well equipped. The property is listed as a studio. The room is smaller than we anticipated but if we looked closer at the pictures we would have noticed in advance. The office managers were very helpful and friendly. The great location makes the property.
