Property is very clean and great for a group of people. Had a little bit of a snafu when we arrived that the door code didn't work. Was able to get new code that worked - it is interesting working with RedAwning - they only communicate via messaging with the VRBO app. Be prepared if you are staying for multiple weeks to not have access to a vacuum or additional trash bags. The owner lives behind the property and is very kind and brings garbage bins out for collection weekly and then back after it is done. Neighborhood is not quite what I expected but was quiet and I felt safe. I wish there had been patio chairs as the weather was amazing and the deck was great but nothing to sit on.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing such detailed feedback. We’re glad the home felt very clean and worked well for your group, and we’re sorry about the door code hiccup, the lack of certain supplies for a longer stay, and the missing patio seating. We’ll take these notes seriously as we keep improving the guest experience, and we’re happy the stay still felt quiet and comfortable overall.
