The Ontario is a one-bedroom 3rd floor condo which gets plenty of sunshine with its southern exposure. Views include Hope College and Centennial Park. The fully furnished kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and seating for four at the breakfast bar. The cozy living room has a full-size sleeper sofa, flat screen tv and a recliner, perfect for movie viewing. The bedroom is spacious and includes a king-size bed, dresser and a large closet. The sleeper sofa in the living room will allow this unit to accommodate up to three guests. The bathroom features custom tile, a granite countertop and a large soaking tub with shower.

Centrally located in the heart of the 8th Street business district this condo is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, breweries, Sperry Movie House, and Hope College.

The buildings that house the Lofts date back to the early 1900s. The architectural details and unique construction provide a perfect backdrop for these fully restored and updated condos.

Parking is available for one vehicle in the designated lots, and a parking permit is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 14 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

We wish we could give it 4.5 as it was excellent with one caveat. The location is perfect, right downtown with doors to the shopping on 8th and the parking lot behind. Everything is new and nicely decorated. It faces south, so 9th street, lots of light and good black out blinds when the sun hits. I suspect this is the quieter side of the building. Lovely bathroom, nice tub with plenty of hot water. Kitchen full and functional. The caveat is that the walls around the bedroom are partial, so all sound from the living/dining area can be heard; if everyone keeps the same hours, great; if not, you need to cope with it. We enjoyed our stay.
