We absolutely love this beautiful condo. It’s been redone top to bottom and it was incredibly well stocked and just gorgeous decor. Phenomenal views of the beach and great communication with the management company.

Overall this was a good stay. The location is excellent and the condo unit itself is very nice. There is a huge shower in the main bathroom with two opposing shower heads. Perfect for two people to shower together. The rear balcony offers an outstanding view of the beach! This complex is further down New Smyrna Beach, so the is no vehicular traffic on this portion of the beach.There were a few issues at check in. Apparently the code to get into the condo unit itself had been changed after the email containing the entry information. We were able to phone the rental agency and get the new code before they closed.The wifi at this complex is very iffy. Did not work at times. The toilet in the main bathroom continued to run but the condo maintenance did respond promptly and repair the toilet.My biggest issue was with the bed in the main bedroom. Frankly, I have never slept in a bed that sagged so much. I do not know what was wrong with this mattress, but it feels old and worn out. I have recently been mattress shopping for my own home so I am very familiar with the various firmness options in mattresses. The mattress in this unit offered no support whatsoever; I suspect the mattress is old and worn out because I have never experienced a mattress like this before. It was difficult to get a good night sleep on this bed, waking up with neck and shoulder pain. The bed in the second bedroom is also very saggy. Overall it is a nice unit, but the bedding definitely needs attention.
