Great accommodation for families and groups of friends. A short walk from the town centre. The house is beautifully presented. Our family of 11 had enough space to spread out. The granny flat is a bonus escape! Spa was enjoyed each day. There were board games for the kids if the weather wasn’t kind. I would love to have the opportunity to stay there again and would highly recommend.

Our family cf children & grandchildren loved our stay at Coolangatta House & studio. We hardly used our cars, being in such close proximity to walks, sights & shops. The house is beautiful & thoughtfully equipped. We particularly liked the spa, bbq, the dining table & the teas . Next time we hope to use the fires.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house, which perfectly combines old-world charm with a few modern touches. There was plenty of space for our group of three couples and five single ladies, and we all fitted in comfortably.We arrived in the rain, so the host’s offer of an early check-in was fabulous and very much appreciated. It was lovely to be able to get inside, settle in and make ourselves comfortable.The lounge and dining rooms were spacious and provided the perfect setting for us all to gather, relax and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was well equipped, with a large oven, dishwasher and plenty of plates and cutlery. We were particularly pleased to discover a second fridge, which was very handy for a group of our size.The house was lovely and warm when we arrived, so we didn’t need to adjust anything. The bedrooms were all beautifully decorated, with plenty of space to accommodate everyone. The pillows were good, although some of us found the beds a little on the firm side.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had a lovely atmosphere, was spacious and comfortable, and was ideal for a group wanting to spend quality time together. The thoughtful early check-in was an added bonus. We would happily recommend this property to others looking for a charming place to stay with family or friends.

Rob was a great host and communicator. The house is beautiful, with a well equipped kitchen, large living and dining areas. The location is within walking distance to the main street but in a quiet street. I would recommend this house.
