They checked in and asked if we have toaster, I replied and said “sorry we do not have toaster but you can use air fryer as provided.” As the property listing, I indicate everything I provide and there is no toaster on the list. After I replied his message, he didn’t response anymore. They didn’t say anything else and checked out on time. But After a few days they filed a chargeback, it was a really weird experience.
