At home, take your pick of several outdoor areas, including front and back porches and a shady front patio with a porch swing just made for sipping sweet tea. The firepit in the backyard is perfect for an evening of roasting marshmallows and watching the stars, and the gas grill and picnic table make for an easy family cookout and alfresco meal.

Inside, you'll find just as many charming areas to gather. With heart pine floors, coastal blue decor, and lots of natural light, the main level features the combined kitchen, dining, and living space. The chef will find a full suite of appliances, lots of cabinetry, and plenty of countertop space for making mealtime magic. Relax in the living room while you stream the latest release or upload the day's pics to social media. More entertainment options await in the game room downstairs, which also features an extra fridge for snack storage. You'll find lots of board games, a pool table, bar-top tables, another streaming-capable TV. . At the end of a fun day, comfortable bedrooms await on the main floor - each with a streaming-capable TV. The garage is not accessible .Guests must go outside to access the game room downstairs. The fireplace is not operational. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
