La Baule Charming house in a private residence

Charming house in a private and secure residence with caretaker and a heated communal swimming pool open from June to September.
House of 40 m2 duplex with private parking space and garden of 70 m2, the house is semi-detached on one side.
House completely renovated in 2021, neat decoration, we like to spend our weekends there with our family.
On the ground floor a living room of 20 m2 with equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker), a lounge area with flat screen TV and internet television, a sofa and cosy armchair.
Unlimited wifi very good speed by fibre.
Upstairs a bedroom of 10 m2 with a 160 cm bed, on memory foam mattress and dressing area. A second smaller room (6 m2) which offers a sleeping area for children with two 90 cm beds.
A bathroom with walk-in shower and a vanity unit.
The plus of this house is the outdoor space with a beautiful wooden terrace of 30m2 facing south, equipped with garden furniture, table and chairs, deckchairs, parasol and family plancha.
The house is ideally located 700 m from the Benoît beach, you can reach it in less than 10 minutes on foot, you will find children's clubs. The port of Pouliguen is 1.5 km away, the city centre of La Baule is 2 km away with the famous daily market. You will have our three adult bikes to discover the region!

Jolie petite maison bien située

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison d'Anne-Claire qui est bien équipée pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. La jolie décoration (vaisselle incluse!) fait se sentir comme chez soi. L'emplacement permet d'aller aussi bien sur la Baule que vers la côte sauvage. La propriétaire est à l'écoute et attentionnés. Nous y reviendrons sûrement avec plaisir.

Excellent séjour

Avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la petite maison de vacances de Anne claire, adorable, à notre écoute et très disponible à la moindre demande. Petite maison de vacances très propre, au calme, rien ne manque : vaisselle … la déco est parfaite, la literie également, proche de tout commerce, des plages en vélo .. la piscine du lotissement est bien grande et chauffée, superbe terrasse parfaitement aménagée comme sur les photos. tout petit mais tout petit bémol : pas de rangements dans la chambre enfants mais nous nous sommes organisés. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir nous y étions comme chez nous. Merci encore à vous pour notre bien être. Bien cordialement. Laurence, Jean -Pierre et Clémence.

Séjour du 12 au 16 février

Arrivée très facile. Maison située dans une résidence (sécurisé pour les enfants). Très jolie décoration et maison propre. Pas bord de mer mais en 5 min a vélo. Piste cyclable dès la sortie de la résidence : pratique! Nous avons fait de belles randonnées en famille. Très bon séjour.
