Whether you’re escaping with family, gathering with friends, or seeking a serene space to work or retreat, this beautifully appointed home invites you to unwind in style. Dogs are welcome. Our policy at Sandie’s is that strictly maximum 2 outside dogs are welcome, a security deposit of $500 must be paid and will be refund after check out if no damage to yard, furniture or house. Also deposit will be lost if it’s found the dog/dogs has been inside at all.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All rubbish bins need to be taken out.
Bin day is Friday morning, please put bins out on Thursday afternoon, if your check out is close to Thursday, please put bins out.
Please make sure kitchen is clean and dishwasher is unpacked and put away.
BBQ to be cleaned and cover put back on.
Please pickup after you dogs. Poos & toys.
If pool cover was on, please put back on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No party’s, schoolies. No noise between 10pm and 7am.
No smoking in the house.
Max 2x outside dogs only. $500 deposit to be payed 7 days before check in,;
