Stylish and Brand New: Your Cozy 4-bedroom Getaway

Welcome to this brand-new, cozy four-bedroom home with approximately 2,800 square feet of living space! Conveniently located near Highway 404, you’ll have quick and easy access to downtown and beyond. The area boasts a vibrant dining scene and plenty of attractions, all just a short drive away. Inside, you’ll find modern amenities and brand-new furnishings for a stylish and comfortable stay.


Our home is designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. It features four bedrooms, two with king-size beds and two with queen-size beds, all fully equipped for a relaxing stay. The master bedroom also includes a TV.

The house has a dining room, a fully functional kitchen with all the essentials (cookware, cutlery, plates, glasses), a breakfast area with counter stools, and a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, and all necessary detergents. Each bathroom is stocked with a hairdryer, towels, shampoo, body gel, and a weighing scale.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, and a TV.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No visitors without host approval in advance, parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a fee of $800CAD.
We kindly ask you to maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am to ensure a peaceful environment for all neighbors.
Please note that the person who booked the stay must stay in the property; third-party bookings are not permitted.

Myself and a group of friends stayed here for a gymnastics competition and it was awesome! It was a super clean and a comfortable stay. The house was so beautiful and a great stay for our big group! Would definitely book again :)
