One Mile Beach - on the door step
This spacious family house is right on beautiful One Mile beach and is an easy 5 minute walk to the golf course. There is easy access to restaurants in town and activities on the lake while also close by is the Fairway's cafe precinct and the One Mile Beach Cafe. There is plenty of onsite parking available and a large deck overlooking the dune area and a view to Cape Hawke.
The house also accommodates children with two single beds, a cot and high chair. It's a great spot to be!
