The property is absolutely exceptional. It's clean, comfortable, and very well-appointed. The owners went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and communication was excellent. It was a fantastic experience for our whole family.

Amazing house, lovely owners, would recommend 100%. Never seen a hous so well kept, stocked and peaceful all at once. Great community around with lots of stuff to do within an hours drive.

Absolutely loved our stay, everything was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. Lots of available amenities and care items left by property owners to make the stay even better. Hot tub was super nice and clean and easy to get too regardless of the weather!

Amazing home, definitely worth. Great views and amenities. Hot tub extremely clean, nice river and so much backyard space to walk. Our family of 3 really enjoyed it. My daughter who is almost 2 loved the play area, it is a great addition. Very detailed on the decoration, making it welcoming. Definitely would go back.

The host had homemade sticky buns for us upon our arrival. The house felt just like home. Plenty of space for three littles to run free including a play room that they took full advantage of. Every detail in this house made it feel so comfortable and warm. We definitely want to come back in either the spring or fall to be able to sit out on the porch more and enjoy the property.

Home away from Home

We enjoyed our stay, very comfortable, clean place. Creative sleeping areas would be nice for a family. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking your own meals if you choose. There is a grill on the deck as well. The hot tub was very clean and inviting. October was a beautiful time to visit. We would love to come again when it's a bit warmer to sit out on the deck and listen to the little brook that runs along the property. We did some exploring in the area and stopped by IV Coffee in Mifflinburg in the morning and finished the day with delicious homemade waffle cones at the Old Mill Creamery.

This stay was quite the wonderful experience. The first thing we saw was homemade sticky buns on the counter. This was the first indication of how truly hospitable these hosts are. House was incredibly clean, impeccable decorated and STOCKED! Bag of ice in the freezer, coffee in many flavors, toiletries in the bathrooms and even ziploc bags in the pantry. These thoughtful touches made it so nice. Nothing was broken, everything was conveniently labeled. I haven’t even mentioned the tranquility of the outdoors. The landscaping was so well cared for and pleasant! It’s a nature lovers dream with a babbling brook, pond and 2 fire pits. We couldn’t have been happier or more relaxed. Highly recommend!!

What a perfect property! Listening to the stream during the morning coffee, taking a dip in the swimming pond and then relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. The house was so much more than we expected. Everything was well stocked with fresh sticky buns waiting for us when we arrived. It was perfect for our two families to enjoy the weekend while visiting the area. Thank you to our awesome hosts!

This property was above and beyond what we expected. The landscaping is amazing which wowed us as soon as we drove in. The house had all the little extra touches. Temperature control in each room. Plenty of towels throughout the bathrooms. Great kitchen accessories. Even the kindness to leave fresh homemade sticky-buns and a bag of ice in the freezer.
