The three bedroom stylish home has everything you need and more. Upstairs you will find a generous living area leading out to the undercover balcony perfect for sitting back and relaxing with your morning coffee, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and the main bathroom.
Downstairs you will find another spacious bedroom, ensuite with toilet and bath and an undercover BBQ area.
Situated close to the Public Boat Ramp, Lions Park, Sussex Inlet Bowling Club and Sussex Inlet Surf Life Saving Club.
Bedroom 1 - King Bed (can be converted to 2 x single beds)
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed (with additional single mattress under bed)
Bedroom 3 - 2 x Single bunks with 1 x single trundle
