Great house with plenty of indoor-outdoor space to relax and enjoy the Northland summer. Spend your evenings chilling on the deck, or relax in the hot tub after your swim. The house has everything you need in the kitchen, a Weber BBQ on the deck, plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your holiday. Peaceful, quiet cul de sac that's just 5 minutes from the beach where you can swim, fish or walk for hours. Close to the supermarket and a short drive to One Tree Point cafes.

We are a couple in our 50s who live in this house with our crazy dog for most of the year.
Why they chose this property
This part of Ruakaka is super quiet. The beach is so amazing, it changes every day - from flat calm and peaceful to a wild surf beach. The house is just a 5 minute walk from the beach, and 10-15 minutes from the shops. It's a super chill area.
What makes this property unique
You can fish from the beach right in front of the path to get there. Catch snapper, trevally and kahawai for your lunch!
The deck is covered, but light and airy, the house opens right up so there's perfect indoor-outdoor flow.
