BEACHFRONT GETAWAY WITH STUNNING VIEWS AND MODERN COMFORTS

Situated spectacularly just next to the beautiful the beach, this modern house is perfect for a break from the city only 1h 35 from Auckland.

Ideal for surfing, beach walks and relaxing time, it is the destination for a stress free stay away.

It is located 5mn from shops, cafes, takeaway restaurants and 20mn from Whangarei.

The space:

This is a brand new holiday home. Cosy, modern, warm and with the perfect deck to enjoy a nice summer evening or stunning sunrises. It is equipped with all you need for your friends and family.

Sand and swimming are on your doorstep and if you are tired of the action, walk the 50 m back to the house and relax on the couch.
The surf life club for safe family friendly swimming is just a 2 minutes walk along the beach.

Great open plan living area with kitchen, lounge and a massive glass front leading out to the deck, made for entertaining. Use the Weber bbq grill and enjoy your freshly caught fish.

* 5 bedrooms:

Sleeps total 12 people. (please note we strictly don't accept any more people in the house)

We arrived and were immediately amazed by not just the scenery but the home itself. Such quick and easy access to the beac and beautiful expansive views. We had a family of 11 and every single person rated this holiday a 10/10. The house provided everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone. Outdoor shower was a hit after the beach especially it having warm water. Hosts were lovely and very quick to answer any questions. Cant rate this place enough!!!

Beach front stay in Ruakaka

Beautiful property best place to relax with family and right in front of the beach! Enjoyed the days in the water and nights on the deck listening to the waves and watching the stars!

A fabulous holiday, an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The access to the beach, the beach itself. The magnificent windows to the view & the house had pretty much all you could need aside from a bit more outside furniture choice. Magic spot for girls weekend. Well equipped and easy. We will stay again , for sure.Two suggestions, outdoor furniture, we couldn’t find any. Also spare blankets in every wardrobe for us winter beach lovers and maybe a couple of arm chairs. The couches are designed for young backs .Probably the best equipped beach house we have rented.
