Beachfront Bliss - Beachfront Langs with spectacular views and spa pool

Please note for New Years bookings you must ENQUIRE first before booking as we have different requirements for this period.
This modern, sunny beach house has expansive views across Langs Beach and across to Whangarei Heads beautifully framed by large pohutakawas. A large open plan living/dining kitchen with bi-folds and covered decks provide great indoor/outdoor flow and access to the views wherever you sit. For front row seats, the outdoor chairs are a great spot for morning coffee or end of day drinks while taking in the views.
There is a spacious well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso (BYO Pods). After a day at the beach stroll back to the house and soak in the views from the decks while cranking up the BBQ with a cold drink in hand.
And once the sun has gone down it is a perfect time to finish the day with a soak in the spa on the rear sheltered deck which provides a view of the ocean. For entertainment there is a Smart TV with Freeview and comfy sofas to lounge in.
For winter stays there is a log burner and heat pumps in the master bedroom and living area and portable Dyson fans for heating in the winter and cooling in the summer.
There is a spacious carport and off-street parking for another 2 vehicles.
This is truly the perfect place to relax and enjoy the magic of Langs beach under two hours from Auckland. Great for 1-2 families or mature couples.
LINEN: For this property one set of linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included as part of the Cleaning Fee, just bring your beach towels. If you are staying longer and want additional linen changes/cleaning, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
Langs beach is the perfect summer holiday destination or coastal retreat. With its beautiful swimming and surf beaches and abundant marine life, Langs is a popular spot for sailing, fishing, surfing, diving and summer family fun. Also enjoy the vibrant art and cafe scenes and local markets of Mangawhai and Waipu less than 15 minutes away.

The five of us had a lovely stay at Beachfront Bliss. Such a beautiful spot right across the road from the beach. We didn't have the best weather but that didn't matter at all - we still enjoyed the spa which was protected from the wind. The fully stocked kitchen was a bonus. Highly recommend!

Great location

The property location is fabulous the view is spectacular. Very easy to arrive and enjoy. The showers could do with a better clean. Found a moldy pillow in the wardrobe -probably from the humidity this year. Overall would definitely stay again, in fact we wanted to stay longer then two nights!

Long weekend family birthday celebration

Fantastic spot with an amazing view and so close to the beach. We also had beautiful sunny winter days, cozy nights with the fire. Very nicely presented, with slouchy couches to relax on and well appointed kitchen. The family bathroom could do with updating and the shower pressure in the master was underwhelming. However overall a great place had an awesome time.

what a spot

We loved our stay The location is amazing across the road from the such a beautiful pohutkawa lined beach. The house was very clean, and had a well appointed kitchen The kids loved the spa Be good to have a couple of chairs out back for supervision . The beds were comfortable and the house lovely and warm with the fire going. Good supply of wood etce living room was large and had different seating areas We were impressed to be met by the propertty manager who was friendly and accessible The instructions left were useful . We would definitely recommend to any family group

Cousins getaway !

We are a group of 8 adults and we often stay in Langs for our getaways. It was the first time we have stayed at this particular house and it was amazing! Very clean, homely and has a lot of space. Would highly recommend for larger groups. The access to the beach was also a plus ! We are incredibly happy with our stay. The only thing I can point out is the dog smell on the sofas. However it was not horrendous. We could only smell it when sitting on or around them. Overall it was a lovely weekend! We will defintely be doing it again.

Amazing view of Langs Beach

The location was amazing. There was no tea, coffee or milk supplied. There were a few holes in the teatowels supplied, including one quite large one. The chopping boards were too disgusting to use, so had to buy our own. The ensuite shower connection between the hose and the rose was leaking badly, resulting in weak water pressure.

Thanks Jean for your comments. Sorry that you were unaware we do not supply tea and coffee and milk to our properties. These can be picked up on the way from nearby shops in Waipu and Waipu Cove. It was unfortunate the Tea towel supplied had holes in it. We had a plumber in to fix the shower once we heard about this, and we have replaced the used chopping boards. Thank you for your feedback. Amazing view, location, house

The house had everything we could have possibly needed. It was as described in the listing. The house was clean, well appointed and was directly across the street from the beach, which was amazing. Lots of swims, jumping in the hot tub and sitting on the front porch watching the world go by. This is such a magical location. We loved it so much that we are considering purchasing property at Langs. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this property. The staff at Bach Stay were wonderful. They were so easy to contact and really do a great job of managing this property. I would 100% recommend this property and probably any properties that Bach Stay are affiliated with. We did not want to leave.

Dreamy beachfront stay

Loved this bach, located a stones throw from the beach, sat above beautiful pōhutukawa trees. A huge living/kitchen/dining area very well set up for our two young families to enjoy. We will be back!!

We had 6 adults go up for the weekend (girls trip for r&r). The views from the house/deck of the beach are flawless! Amazing laying in bed listening to the waves. Rooms are good-generous sizes. Living dining and kitchen space was awesome and very spacious! There were plenty of couches/comfy chairs to choose from and different spaces to sit. Main bathroom was a bit dated and shower was a bit on the small side, but ok condition. The ensuite bathroom was much newer and nicer, but a bit trickier to use in shared group scenario as it is in the main bedroom. Plenty of kitchen equipment and nice modern fridge etc. Has a fire place and heatpump, but recommend taking newspaper and kindling with you as tricky to get fire lit with what was there. The Spa pool was clean and lovely and being so close to the beach was great. A couple more outside chairs would be helpful. All in all loved our time there and would definitely be happy to go stay again 😊
