Entire WATERFRONT guesthouse in Mangawhai, New Zealand

We offer a beautiful stylish new place to stay to provide you your home away from home, in Magical Mangawhai Heads. This is waterfront on the estuary and is tidal. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The home is down a gated driveway providing a safe, peaceful haven. There is ample parking. The home provides perfect indoor/outdoor flow which you can enjoy year round with all the amenities you need. The sunsets are just spectacular. Huge Deck for fun!

Spaces are: 1 x Master Suite with ensuite, 2 x Single rooms both with trundler beds, 1 x Single room, 2 x Queen rooms - one with no window.
1 x large Main Lounge with T.V, with large open plan Kitchen and Breakfast bar, that seats 4, 1 x separate Lounge with T.V - see Office 1 as has sofa bed.
Huge outdoor undercover exterior decking area, completely sheltered from the elements, great for rainy days, includes BBQ, outdoor lounge area that seats 5 and outdoor dining table that seats 6

Guest access:
Full use of the property excluding the garage and end self contained apartment. The end self contained apartment does not share the deck space with the BBQ that is undercover, that is for your exclusive use only.

We had a brilliant weekend here with two families. Plenty of room for the 9 of us. (4 adults and 5 teenagers). The teens all enjoyed kayaking in the estuary. Great having the two lounges and plenty of bedrooms. Clean and well equipped with great communication from the host.

Great Family Home

Had a great stay with family. Peaceful, quiet, a stones throw from the lovely estuary. Stuarts communication was good. The only concern was the bach was not as clean as we had hoped. Overall the place is great for big group and the host was great.

Weekend Away w/ Friends

The place was nice and clean on arrival. Very spacious place with a really nice private deck. We were group of 11 friends including a a little 6 months old, and everyone could easily fit comfortably. Stu was super responsive and when I asked him initially if he could accomodate 12 guests 3 kids, he was more than happy to be flexible about this. He's a great communicator. If I were to be nitpicking, we did have to clean the BBQ before use and it wasn't fully functional (although there're 6 knobs to control the gas, only 2 would start). The stove top and the oven were also not intuitive to use so it would be good to have a quick how-to-use manual (to be fair there was a manual for the oven in the draw but you dont want to be reading through that). Overall, it was a great stay, great location and a great experience. Thanks Stu!
