This beachside townhouse unfolds across multiple levels, offering a calm and spacious stay just a short stroll from the shoreline. Upstairs, the main living area invites you to settle in after a day by the water, with a three-seater sofa, armchair, ottoman, and smart TV creating a comfortable space to relax. A DVD player adds an extra option for easy evenings in, while the adjoining dining area brings everyone together for shared meals. The kitchen is well-equipped for everyday cooking, with modern appliances, a Nespresso, and ample bench space, making it easy to prepare and share meals throughout your stay. Reverse-cycle air conditioning keeps the space comfortable year-round.

Outdoor living is a highlight, with multiple spaces to suit every moment. The front balcony offers an eight-seat dining setting, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. At the rear, the second balcony features a BBQ, a ten-seat dining table, and additional lounge seating for relaxed gatherings. Above it all, the private rooftop terrace offers sweeping sea views, with bar-style seating, including stools and keg tables, creating an elevated setting for sunset drinks and long, open-air evenings.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully spread across levels for added privacy. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite, creating a quiet retreat. Downstairs, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with a bunk (single over double) provide flexible options for families or groups. A family bathroom with a shower over a bath, along with a full laundry, adds everyday convenience.

A remote-access lock-up garage provides secure parking for one vehicle, offering added convenience. Please note that the owners live on-site, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise and respect the peaceful surroundings during their stay.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
