Bedding in the 3 bedrooms can be configured as 2 king size beds, plus 1 queen size bed. Alternatively the bedding can be converted to single beds by request.
1st bathroom contains a freestanding contemporary bath tub, spacious shower and WC. Serviced by the adjacent powder room.
2nd bathroom includes a large shower, WC, vanity and laundry facilities (Samsung washer/dryer)

Comfortable, clean place. Owners where very easy to communicate with and great to deal with.Not know Adelaide to well, was a little to far out for us. But other than that couldn't fault properry.
Fabulous, 6 siblings and partners had a great stay whilst having a family xmas with other family living in Adelaide it was so handy to everything, we honestly have nothing but praise for the place bonus 2 bathrooms, and such comfortable beds which is my top when looking for any where to stay. Also our hosts were very helpful
We had a great time staying at this property. It’s very clean, spacious and comfortable. I also would like to thank Peter for his great support during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in Adelaide 😊
Had a wonderful stay at Cheltenham House. Very clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped with everything you need. Good location for Port Adelaide and northern beaches. Excellent air conditioning for the heatwave!
The house is a good spot to travel to Adelaide destinations (everything is close to it).
The house was very clean and the beds are really comfortable. The back yard was perfect for our little one to play and the front had beautiful roses.
The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful.
The owner responds quickly to any questions you have.
I highly recommend this house for whoever is planning to stay in Adelaide.
The house is a beautiful old place with high ceilings and two bathrooms, great for our family with young kids. The backyard was perfect for a kick of the footy, with a bbq great for a cook up. The garage was a good size to fit two cars and it is in a great location close to everything. The bus is right out the front and the train station is a 10 minute walk. Peter and Jim were great hosts. The moment I walked into the property I didn't want to leave, everything was at such a high standard. My family and I will highly recommended this property to all my holidaying friends around the globe. We will definitely be back😎

Lovely Clean Presentation
Thank you to Jim and Peter for the opportunity to stay in their lovely property. We found it to be centrally located not tar from the City and close to all major roads around Adelaide. The property was very clean and well presented. We needed to ring Peter whilst at the property about the broken BBQ. The following day after returning from the Barossa Valley it had been replaced with a brand new one. That was exceptional service. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you once again

Beautiful property
This house was even better in person than the internet photos! Immaculate property with everything you need. Gorgeous bathrooms with a very luxurious bath which was well utilised. Close to the train station. Would definitely stay here again.
