Beautiful property directly on the water. We visited on an early fall weekend and enjoyed the proximity of the ADK trail, biking with a group of 8 of us. The home was perfect for us as a group for gathering and also having our own rooms and bathrooms. The outdoor spaces are stunning and relaxing. So much more to offer than a hotel room!

Perfect for group get away

This was an amazing property and we enjoyed being so close to the lake. The amount of bedrooms and the layout of the place made it perfect for a big group friend weekend.

Awesome place!

Had a girls trip to Lake Placid and booked the Boathouse 5. Place is just spectacular. The place was clean and well appointed. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Perfect accommodations

We had an amazing time staying at the boat house. The accommodations were perfect for two families (4 adults and 6 kids). Clean, great layout, perfect location and view! 10/10 recommend.

Awesome place with an amazing view of the whole lake in the living room. Lots of counter space in the kitchen. The bedrooms were clean with comfy beds. The only "problem" was that we were on the bottom floor and could hear the people above us very loudly and frequently walking/running around. Would still stay here again!

Lake Placid/Mirror Lake

We truly enjoyed our stay. Having our own beach worked out well. Our family walked to Main Street every day to restaurants and souvenir shopping. Can’t wait to come back.

Warm and lovely home away from home right on the water's edge of Mirror Lake with beautiful views. Very roomy, clean, cozy and a convenient location to Lake Placid Village. Thank you for a wonderful get away... can't wait to visit again!

Mirror Lake paradise

Beautiful property with incredible views of the village especially at night with the glow of lights. Beds, bedding and bathrooms all wonderful. Look forward to returning!

Great space. The location and view are incredible! Wish it had a couple of lamps in the living room and shades for living room windows. We cooked so would have loved more than one potholder. We’ll be back for sure.

Winter Wonderland

Great space for everyone with a fantastic view.Walk in to a large open living and kitchen area . 2 wonderful outdoor spaces on each side of living room with table and chairs We were on the 1st level with large windows right on the lake looking at town lights at night across the way. All the beds were so comfortable. Can't wait to spend another season there Great place to make amazing memories

Beautiful location

Spacious place with 3 bedrooms en suite and 1 bath for general use and the 2 other bedrooms. We needed more kitchen utensils, serving pieces and paper products, not much provided. The 2 wing back upholsetered chairs in the living room both have broken back legs which we gingerly used knowing they are about to splinter. Beds and pillows were good, linens and towels good. We enjoyed our stay for the location and size of the space.
