Nestled on a serene street in Moonridge, this classic log Big Bear Lake cabin offers the perfect blend of elegance and comfort. Located within walking distance to Bear Mountain ski resort, the new Skyline trail, and golf course. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the easy access to nearby hiking and mountain biking trails as well as OHV trails for off-road adventures without even leaving the neighborhood. Unwind, recharge, and create lasting memories.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1500+ sq ft home with living room, smart TV, dining table with seating for 6, highchair, bar seating, beautiful gas/wood burning fireplace, and comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, deck access, and private bath with double sinks, tub, and shower. Second bedroom has queen bed. Third bedroom has a queen bed and deck access with no door for privacy, only a curtain. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, a blender, toaster, coffee maker dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room in the heated garage with a ping pong table. Smart TV with streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Laundry area with a side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Enjoy the back deck which offers mountain views, patio furniture, and natural gas barbecue. Property also has a fully fenced backyard.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.

Beautiful getaway

We loved this place! From the minute, we walked in with all the beautiful windows, gorgeous decorations, the place was decked out and had everything that we could possibly need. Very comfortable great views off the back deck. Close to Bear Mountain ski resort. It was fun to watch the snowboarders from the front driveway. We had a really nice time and will definitely make sure that we come back again. The only one downside was we feel that the place could use a bigger TV in the living room.

Excellent Stay Again

We stayed at The Getaway Chalet. It was a very nice place. Great location and very easy to get to. The place was clean and very roomy. Thank you for providing the necessities to do dishes/laundry/and soaps. Even though we didn't use most of them it was nice to have been provided. Thank you for your hospitality and always being available if needed.
