Happy stay at the cabin

We've enjoyed staying at Peregrine Chalet. It's very cozy and warming cabin decorated in Big Bear Lake style. Every item is thought out. Outside patio is pretty spacious with warmed up jacuzzi and covered space with a table and chairs, where we had a dinner. Our dog was enjoying running in a backyard. When dog is happy, we are happy :) Overall, we love our stay at the cabin, and planning to get back to the same place.

Hi Paul! Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the bedding, heater noise, and the front door knob. That’s certainly not the standard we aim to provide. We will be addressing these items with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure they are resolved promptly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests.

4 - Satisfactory

Everything was great, except the hot water was really unreliable for taking a bath. It only came on for 3 minutes and then the hot water stopped in the bathtubs, leaving only cold water!
