Red Cloud Cottage is a custom built log home located within walking distance to Snow Summit Ski Resort. You enter the home into the family room, with expansive high vaulted ceilings and an open concept feel. The comfy sofas are an inviting place to relax in front of the wood burning fireplace. Watch your favorite show or movie on the large flat screen TV.

The dining area offers a large table with seating for six and additional seating at the breakfast bar. Step out onto the deck from the dining room and enjoy the mountain air. There is a propane barbecue, patio seating and a large porch swing that is perfect for relaxing. The garage offers a game room setting with Foosball table, pool table, lounge area with sofa, board games, DVD player, video library and fridge/freezer. The garage also offers a heating/cooling system so you can enjoy the game room year round!

The kitchen comes equipped with new stainless steel appliances including a gas range/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and farmhouse style sink. A standard coffee maker is also provided.

Down the hall from the living area is the master suite, with a king bed, full bath with walk in shower and access to the outdoor patio. From here you can hang out on the deck or soak in the hot tub. You will also find a comfy hammock to lounge in while enjoying the great outdoors. Charge up your electric vehicle for free with the cabin's onsite EV Fast Charger.  Compatible with all EV makes/models including Tesla via it's common adapter.

Head upstairs where you will find the other two bedrooms of this home. Bedroom 2 offers two twin over twin bunk beds, a flat screen TV and gaming console. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and ample closet space. There is a shared full bath off the hallway and a lounge area in the loft overlooking the family room.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
