To help us keep the property in great condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you: ● Respect our peaceful neighbourhood by keeping noise to a minimum and moving indoors after 10pm. ● No parties, events or Schoolies bookings. ● Please rinse off sand using the outdoor shower before entering the house (no sand inside). ● Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the balcony. ● Please avoid eating on furniture or in bedrooms. ● Leave furniture in its original position. ● Turn off air conditioning when leaving the property and avoid running it unnecessarily.
Please do not leave children in the water unattended, the safety of the children is the Adults responsibility.
Pet Rules - We allow small non-shedding dog only inside, all other dogs MUST be outside (Max 1 dog only) - No pet is allowed on our furnishings, please (including beds), we recommend that guests bring your own pet bed - Please don`t allow your pet to be in the pool (nightmare to clean dog fur in the filter) - Pets are not to be left inside the house unattended - Please ensure you pick up dog belongings and place in council bins at the entry of the complex (not inside)
Fire Pit Rules - We don`t supply wood, welcome to use if there is some available - Please ensure you follow fire restriction rules ie if there are Fire Bans = No fire pit - Never leave fire unattended - Keep a safe distance - Children and pets must be supervised at all times - Make sure fire pit is out before going to bed - Please clean up after the fire pit. - Guests are full responsible for safe use of the fire pit at all times
