About this property
Yallingup House Modern Rustic Retreat with Spa
Nestled in a peaceful pocket of Yallingup, this architectural retreat blends modern design with country calm. Inside, the cosy living area features a fireplace and a gourmet kitchen designed for gathering. Step outside to an alfresco zone with a BBQ, dining area, and lounge overlooking native bushland. Unwind by the firepit or soak in the spa beneath starry skies. Moments from Yallingup Beach, Meelup National Park, Dunsborough, and local wineries, this haven embodies relaxed South West living.
Set among the gums of Yallingup, this single-level architectural home invites you to slow down, reconnect, and experience the South West through a blend of contemporary design, rustic warmth, and country serenity. Inside, the living area is centred around plush seating, a wall-mounted TV, and a double-sided fireplace at its heart—creating a focal point that brings comfort and connection to the open-plan design.
The galley kitchen pairs premium appliances with a walk-in pantry and a generous island that invites conversation over wine. Share meals indoors at the large dining table by the fireplace on cooler days, or step outside to the covered patio—an alfresco space designed for easy outdoor living. Dine at the outdoor table, cook on the gas BBQ, or unwind on the lounge overlooking native bushland. Nearby, the firepit offers a cosy place to gather beneath starry skies, while the spa provides a soothing retreat after a day of exploring local vineyards.
The bedroom wing offers a quiet retreat after sunny days exploring Yallingup. The primary suite sits privately at one end of the home, featuring a king bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite with twin basins and a walk-in shower. This room also opens directly to the patio, perfect for peaceful morning rituals. Two queen bedrooms enjoy leafy outlooks, while the fourth is a versatile room with two king singles, designed as a relaxed retreat with its own lounge, private TV, and access to the second patio. These rooms share a beautifully finished main bathroom, and a dedicated home office provides a quiet space for work or study.
After a beach swim, rinse off beneath the open sky in the outdoor shower. Year-round comfort is ensured with central air conditioning and heating, while a full laundry with a washer and dryer provides everyday convenience. On-site parking accommodates up to six vehicles across the carport and driveway.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
Yallingup Beach is just five minutes away—ideal for a morning surf, gentle paddle, or stroll along its calm, sheltered shores. Stop by the heritage-listed Caves House Hotel for lunch or sunset drinks in its leafy garden, or enjoy relaxed meals at Lamont’s or the Yallingup General Store & Café. Nearby, the Cape to Cape Track winds through coastal bushland, while Ngilgi Cave reveals striking limestone formations underground. A six-minute drive leads to Dunsborough’s vibrant heart, where boutiques, fresh produce, and dining at Yarri, Occy’s, Peko Peko, and Blue Manna Bistro await. Within ten minutes, Meelup Regional Park offers turquoise waters for swimming, snorkelling, and picnicking beneath peppermint trees. The region’s acclaimed wineries—Happs Wines & Commonage Pottery, Cape Naturaliste Vineyard, Aravina Estate, Swings & Roundabouts, and Windance Estate—are all an easy drive from your stay.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
