TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE So many things happened leading up to the day of. Communication was terrible from the get go. There was the host, the app on vrbo and the red awning co and they all were telling me different things. Someone from one of the companies informed me 2 days before check in of extreme fees that I was unaware of. Said they may be waived because I was unaware of the fees, and I could have an early check in. Person was supposed to call me back and never did (2x). then was informed through the company that this person didn’t exist (even though I have text proof of her being assigned to me and the number was correct). Kept trying to communicate thru the Vrbo app and the only answers I was getting was that they were waiting to hear back from the host, who apparently thinks it’s appropriate to ignore a guest the day of (and throughout the process). I can’t explain how much of a waste of time trying to schedule this was. Still fighting to get my money because we didn’t have any type of check in information the day of (called and left vm 4x before the reservation and nothing). Also, the day of the reservation, they informed me that no one told me I could check in early. Never stayed because they didn’t get back to me in time of the reservation-only to let me know they were going to charge me all of the fees that SOMEONE told me they could waive. Absolute SCAM. Partners 30th birthday dinner and game night was better off at our house SCAM BEWARE
